“Oh, please,” Veronica said as she rolled her eyes. “If you were actually on a beach and saw Kate Upton jog by, you wouldn’t say anything. You’d probably just pass out.”
“Yeah, I might,” Charlie replied. “But if I did, she could give me mouth-to-mouth.”
Veronica’s expression of disbelief mixed with exasperation was priceless.
“But it’s just for saving my life!” Charlie claimed. “I didn’t say we’d make out or anything.”
“And I didn’t say you’d have a heart attack,” Veronica pointed out. “You’d only be passed out on the sand. I’d hope some kid would get some ocean water in his bucket and throw it on you. Hopefully, the water would be really cold.”
“That’s mean. But I’m sure it would wake me up really fast. So I could watch Kate jogging away. She has a nice ass, too.”
Veronica sighed a sigh that wasn’t as big as the ocean, but was quite big.
Frowning, Charlie said, “Oh, and I’m sure you wouldn’t talk to Will Smith if you saw him jogging on the beach.”
Veronica’s expression completely changed at this flip in the make-believe scenario. “No,” she said. “I wouldn’t talk to him at all. I’d trip him.”
“Trip him?” Charlie asked, not understanding.
“Sure.” Veronica now had an impish smile. “So I could give him mouth-to-mouth.”
