  1. I think that sums up my philosophy on writing pretty well. I can’t reliably find writers who write the sorts of stories I want to read – or at least, not enough! So, I write them myself. I know at least a handful of people like them. I figure that;s doing pretty well as a writer.


    • This is one of those things that, once I hear it or read it, made so much sense to me. I slapped my forehead and thought, “Why didn’t I think of that?” Probably because it was so simple and obvious, I overlooked it. It’s a great piece of advice.
