Make My Wish Come True - ebook cover

Time for some romance blended with magic, and you’ll find both in “Make My Wish Come True; A Christmas Romance” by Jade Cooper, who is generously giving the story away — and you don’t have to wait ’til Christmas to open this present. It’s free at Smashwords, and meant for readers who are 18 and older, since it contains graphic scenes of sex.

If you love romances with alpha males (and surely there are lots of you out there), then this Christmas story is right up your alley.

We first meet Olivia Lee (Livy), a shy young woman who’s living in Texas, searching for Mr. Right, and trying to make it in a marketing firm that doesn’t sound like a good fit for her. It’s Christmas Eve, she’s tired and lonely, and she wants to get a good night’s sleep.

But sleep isn’t all she wants. As she gets in bed (wearing quite a sexy outfit), she hopes to dream about her dream man. Then Christmas magic takes over, and she’s suddenly in a castle in Ireland and faced with Quinn McGrath, a mountain of a man with a Celtic accent. Enter alpha male from stage left (or is it stage right? ah, doesn’t matter).

As Livy and Quinn sort out what’s going on, why she suddenly appears in his bedroom, they get into some “Baby, It’s Cold Outside” type of banter. Livy’s torn between wanting to stay and wanting to go. But Quinn, he’s all for her staying, since she’s the answer to his prayers.

And then… well, let’s just say the lure of a crackling fire and an alpha male are very powerful indeed for our heroine.

The book’s description, to give you a better picture of the story:

It’s Christmas Eve and Livy’s hoping for a little Christmas Magic. She makes her wish and goes to bed alone. But Christmas morning may be a long way off. It just so happens that someone else is wishing for the same thing. There’s a blizzard outside but inside Quinn McGrath’s Irish Manor, the fire is roaring. Together, their wish has been heard.

What happens next is nothing short of naughty magic with all the trimmings of a warm and fuzzy romance. It’s not every year that Christmas magic lands Livy in the bed of a hot Celt who wants nothing more than to dominate her into sexual bliss.

  2. I agree, I see a huge draw for this one, Gus. Nothing better than an accent and a powerful man.

  3. “A mountain of a man with a Celtic accent” is just what I’m looking for. Hope my wish comes true, too! 🙂
